1. Product Data and equipment cutsheets, including product description, model number, capacities, design conditions, operating characteristics, performance data, dimensions, clearances, weights, service sizes, etc.

a. End Assembly Drawings, for all equipment. Drawings should include overall dimensions, locations and sizes of all connections.
b. Mechanical Arrangement Drawings. Drawings should include dimensions, locations and sizes of skid interconnections along with a detailed bill of material.
c. Room Layout. Drawings shall include all sub-assemblies and all interconnecting piping. Drawings must include overall dimensions, size and location of utility connections, required clearances for operation and maintenance.
B. Submit certificates of proper installation and operator training under the provisions of DIVISION 1.
C. Submit field test documentation under the provisions of DIVISION 1.

2.1 ACCEPTABLE EQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS

1. Bidders proposing to offer Andritz Separation as the Equipment Supplier shall incorporate in the price all additional costs for and be responsible for layout, piping, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, structural, instrumentation and control, electrical, and all other changes to the Work required to incorporate the proposed equipment into the Work.

2.4 OFF GAS HANDLING SYSTEM
A. Acceptable Manufacturers:
1. Komline-Sanderson, Peapack, NJ.

B. General:
1. An off gas handling system shall be provided to condense and cool the exhaust vapors from the dryer and to remove particulate. The off gas handling system shall consist of a sluiced spray duct, and spray tower condenser. Off gas will be compressed by Dryer Off-Gas Compressor and discharged into either Aeration Tanks 1 or 2 for odor treatment.
C. Sluiced Spray Duct:
1. A 304 stainless steel sluiced spray duct will be provided to connect the dryer to the spray tower condenser.
a. The spray duct shall have a minimum of three (3) non-clogging type spray nozzles to continuously flush the duct.
b. All nozzles shall be easily maintainable and replaceable from the exterior of the duct.
c. The spray duct shall be sloped away from the dryer to wash the solid particulates into the condenser and avoid water from back washing into the dryer.
D. Single-Stage Barometric Condenser/Cooler:
1. A single-stage barometric condenser/cooler shall be sized to meet the product requirements specified in Design Requirements.
a. The spray tower condenser shall be fabricated from 304 stainless steel.
b. The condenser shall have an inlet flanged connection, flanged nozzle connections that are easily maintainable and replaceable from the exterior of the vessel, flanged instrument connections, and shall be free standing and supported to grade with stainless steel supports.
c. All flanges above 2” will be non-rated flanges with bolt hole pattern to match a standard 150 pound flange.
d. Drain water may contain offensive odors and shall be piped in a closed line.

2.6 FINISHING
A. Shop and Field Painting:
1. Exposed non-stainless steel metal surfaces located inside of structures and enclosures shall conform to Section 09900, System No. 5. Verify compatibility of shop prime and field paint.
2. Exposed non-stainless steel metal surfaces located outside of structures and enclosures shall conform to Section 09900, System No. 6. Verify compatibility of shop prime and field paint.
